The EMA® is a patient-specific removable sleep therapy appliance that uses elastics to advance the mandible forward. Using this noninvasive process, the EMA® is able to increase airflow during sleep, reduce snoring, and alleviate the side effects of obstructive sleep apnea. It comes with nine strap lengths that can be adjusted based on the levels of mandible advancement the patient requires. The TAP® 3 TL device is a sleep therapy solution that advances the mandible during sleep. This advancement reduces constriction of the airway and eliminates symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea.
